Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve individual and team sales targets by promoting company products and services.

Skills & Requirements

  • 1–3 years of UAE company formation/business setup experience.
  • Strong knowledge of onshore and offshore company structures.
  • Proven sales and business development skills with a track record of meeting targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (Zoho CRM preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and client management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Operations Executive

We are hiring an Operations Executive to manage after-sales processes. The role involves supporting clients in processing company documentation, ensuring due diligence compliance, and coordinating with advisors and internal teams to complete all requirements efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as Primary Point of Contact: Serve as the main liaison between clients and KINZAAD, ensuring clear and professional communication.
  • Coordinate Client Communication: Schedule meetings, calls, and appointments; respond promptly to client queries via email, phone, or in person.
  • Maintain Client Records: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and transactions.

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet monthly and quarterly goals

Requirements
